Tai Chi is becoming very popular amongst all ages of people in Barcelona and here is your chance to combine the beauty of the city with the tranquillity of this ancient martial art.
In this 1-hour workout session, our instructor will introduce you to the basics of one of the most popular styles of Tai Chi (Yang Style). You will learn why it has become so popular and is practised by over 250 million people today. You will begin with some breathing exercises to help relax your mind and body after which we will proceed with some gentle stretching exercises to promote movement in the tendons and joints.
Once you have warmed up you will learn some basic “form” movements that you can do at home or in any open space.
Our engaging, knowledgeable instructor will keep you fully engaged and before you know it the hour will have flown by, but you will feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of your stay in Barcelona.
